Vocational Skills
Before a person can qualify for a job, he or she must first possess pertinent vocational skills. Vox offers opportunities for vocational training through project-specific workshops & seminars. With the help of donor investments, we also provide training scholarships and grants to qualifying individuals.
Fair Commerce Start Ups
In addition, we provide micro-capital investments for small business startups. Whether it’s sewing machines, computers, poultry buildings or office structures, we help resource small business start-ups that are committed to job creation and poverty alleviation.
*Many of our international short-term teams are comprised of professionals with a high level of expertise in a focused area. These teams are often mobilized to transfer job-specific training to African communities.
